Chick-fil-A Pharr and Chick-fil-A La Plaza are seeking a dedicated Back of House Leader to oversee kitchen operations and Guest Experience. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, ensure food safety and quality, and uphold Chick-fil-A's standards in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 year experience as a leader in food service operations.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in management.
  • Must be available to work 40hrs a week.
  • Must have open Availability.
  • Must be available to open/close 3x a week.
  • Must be available to work 2x weekends a month.
  • Serv-Safe Certified.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support daily Back of House operations.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Lead shifts and effectively manage deployment, productivity, and kitchen flow.
  • Coach, develop, and hold Team Members accountable to restaurant standards.
  • Monitor labor, food waste, inventory, and operational performance.
  • Complete food safety checks and immediately correct any concerns.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and inspection-ready kitchen.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report facility concerns promptly.
  • Support training and development of new and existing Team Members.
  • Communicate effectively with FOH leadership to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Identify bottlenecks and make real-time adjustments during peak periods.
  • Model integrity, humility, professionalism, loyalty, teamwork, and initiative.
  • Create a positive work environment while maintaining high expectations and accountability.
  • Support restaurant goals and complete assigned leadership responsibilities with consistent follow-through.

Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused BOH Manager/Leaders to oversee the operations and Guest Experience of our Chick-fil-A restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to upholding Chick-fil-A's high standards. As a BOH Leader, you will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Work within the leadership teams in pursuit of excellence in Back of House. Specifically this role is an ambassador, leader and critical component in ensuring that the restaurant is successful in the following areas:

  • Restaurant Operations
  • Vision and Service Model compliance throughout all areas of oversight
General Responsibilities:

Required qualifications in order to apply:
