The ideal candidate will bring prior restaurant leadership, a certified back-of-house trainer credential, and flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Certified trainer in back-of-house functions
• Passing grade in Assessment testing
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Previous experience in restaurant industry (preferred)
• Trained and proficient in all areas of back-of-house functions (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen standards and overall quality daily
• Assist in opening kitchen setup and prep
• Monitor schedules and staffing for kitchen
• Coach and support leadership for back-of-house operations
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and temperature controls
• Manage inventory and review daily checks
• Oversee ticket flow to ensure timely cook times
• Conduct daily health inspections and sanitation checks
