- Oversee kitchen helpers in cleaning dishes, pots, pans, kitchen surfaces and equipment.
- Monitor kitchen areas to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Train and coach kitchen helpers.
