Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items according to the MOD’s requirements.
• Maintain chip station and fryers, and ensure clean, sanitary workstation.
• Prepare grilled items according to Prep Sheets and Station Charts.
• Maintain sauce pumps, buckets, and seasoning readiness.
• Prepare wraps, salads, and other Southwest station items.
• Coordinate with Expo to ensure timely, quality presentation.
• Assist with shift-change tasks and FIFO compliance.
