Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing guest meals within safety, quality, quantity and budgetary guidelines.
• Maintain and use kitchen equipment per health and safety standards.
• Assist Banquet Chef and requisition food items from Commissary as needed.
• Support spiritual life activities and participate in staff life.
• Work in assigned areas as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
