Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits for the Kitchen sections.
• Maintain inventory levels to maximize sales and profits.
• Price and display all merchandise.
• Merchandise end caps, displays and cross merchandising within Kitchen sections.
• Maintain signage, tags and promotional materials.
• Maintain planograms and floor space for Kitchen sections.
• Respond to customer or associate comments, complaints, requests, accidents, and questions.
• Coach and train associates in merchandising, customer service, and promotions.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies.
• Communicate with employees and customers to create a positive impression.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are safe and well-maintained.
• Keep Kitchen areas clean and sanitary.
• Execute the Marketplace Sales Plan 100 percent.
• Keep updated on planograms, Bulletins, and communications.
• Supervise direct reports and perform performance reviews.
