Description

The Kitchen Lead is passionate about Enmarket's food and beverage services and provides support to the store management team in meeting operational, sales, and profitability objectives. Kitchen Leads are responsible for ensuring the food service areas of the store are clean, sanitary, and well-stocked, with strict adherence to safe food handling procedures and food presentation. The Kitchen Lead provides quick and excellent customer service and is responsible for completing store-level tasks including food preparation, customer service, cleaning, and other related functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate and support the company mission, vision, and values.
• Help resolve customer complaints and problems quickly and effectively.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide a quick, outstanding experience. Respond to requests promptly and engage genuinely with each customer.
• Assist in ordering food-related items and conducting or assisting with cost counts. Ensure proper food availability and monitor waste daily.
• Prepare food orders, conduct quality checks, and ensure correctness.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in food service areas.
• Ensure adequate stock levels throughout shifts and assist in inventory management and communication with management.
• Follow vendor check-in procedures and monitor refrigerator temperatures, reporting issues promptly.
• Complete shift duties and reports accurately and on time.
• Follow all company policies, rules, and procedures.
• Demonstrate teamwork and cooperation with colleagues and customers.
• Perform additional duties as needed for store operations.

Requirements
