The primary role involves preparing various food items such as sandwiches, subs, roasted or fried chicken, appetizers, heating soup, making pizza, and merchandising as per plan-o-gram (POG).

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at shift start.
  2. Manage production planning and invoice review.
  3. Produce products for sales floor warmers and hot bar according to POG and SOP.
  4. Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
  5. Complete food safety compliance logs daily.
  6. Track and record loss using known loss tracking (KLT).
  7. Train team members.
  8. Make sandwiches, subs, wraps, label, and display as per SOP.
  9. Prepare and serve pizza, including cooking, cutting, packaging, and serving.
  10. Assist customers with meat or cheese cuts, portioning, weighing, and labeling.
  11. Prepare items for the grab-and-go section.
  12. Handle chicken roasting and frying processes, including roasting, wrapping, labeling, and cleaning equipment.
  13. Order products for smoked program if applicable and produce smoked items as per SOP.
  14. Maintain cleanliness using wipes, brooms, hoses, squeegees, mops, cleaners, and sanitizers.
  15. Perform record-keeping, order reviews, and upload freight as assigned.
  16. Execute merchandising programs and organize sales floor areas.
General Rules
  • Report accidents and injuries promptly.
  • Follow safety instructions, wear PPE, and adhere to safety policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Understand emergency procedures and evacuation routes.
  • Complete required training such as Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know.
Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety regulations.
  • Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
  • Meet performance standards, including attendance.
  • Ability to learn and use necessary equipment and tools.
Physical Requirements
  • Minimum 4-hour shifts, up to full shifts as needed.
  • Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand approximately 55%, walk 45%.
  • Work in varying temperatures, from freezers to back rooms.
Preferred Requirements

Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in manuals and handbooks.
