The Opportunity

As Kitchen Leader, you will learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You are responsible for ensuring our food is delicious, ordering food, and training future Kitchen Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food according to procedures
• Monitor food waste and inventory, resolve food quality issues
• Support team dynamics between back and front of house
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries
• Complete MSDS and inventory rotation (FIFO)

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
• Proficiency in the primary language of the work location
• High school diploma
• Restaurant experience
