Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Window Installer to deliver top‑tier home upgrades. You will install replacement windows, apply finish work as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction at completion.

You’ll work under Mad City’s standards with strong emphasis on respect for homeowners and properties. We offer year‑round work, paid training, weekly direct deposits, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, caulking.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
