• Properly dispose of garbage and recycling materials to keep waste areas clean.
• Restock clean plates, glasses, silverware, and other items for kitchen and dining use.
• Operate and maintain dish washing equipment following safety guidelines.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and other duties as needed.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
