Job summary

Coury Hospitality seeks a dependable janitorial associate to maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and equipment upkeep, with occasional dish area support.

Must follow written and verbal directions, handle cleaning supplies safely, and work with minimal supervision while multitasking effectively. Night, weekend, or overtime shifts may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors.
• Cleans walls and floor mats.
• Removes refuse and maintains loading dock area.
• C Picks up trash in kitchen and loading dock area.
• Maintains walk-in refrigerators.
• Keeps storage areas, tools, equipment, carts clean.
• Participates in dish area operations and rewash items not sufficiently cleaned.
• Changes and disposes of grease.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies; reports incidents.
• Assists colleagues as needed.
• Reports maintenance issues to Manager on Duty.
