Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Dishwasher to support the kitchen and dish area operations in a restaurant environment in Oklahoma City. You will sweep and mop floors, clean walls and mats, and help maintain clean storage and loading dock areas, with a focus on safety and team collaboration.

Responsibilities include trash removal, assisting with dish area operations, grease disposal, and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor on duty.

Qualifications

• Must follow verbal and written directions.
• Must be able to work with industrial cleaning supplies.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task several duties at one time.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors; clean walls and mats.
• Remove refuse and maintain loading dock area.
• Picks up trash in kitchen and loading dock area.
• Maintain walk-in refrigerators and storage areas.
• Assist in dish area operations and second wash as needed.
• Dispose of grease.
• Maintain safety awareness and report incidents.
• Report maintenance problems to Manager on Duty.
