Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Team member to help prepare and cook menu items, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and deliver high-quality food. You will collaborate with managers and teammates to ensure timely and accurate service in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be team oriented with a strong work ethic, able to meet food safety standards, and capable of standing, lifting, and working long shifts.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications as required by state/local law.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
