Sloopy's Diner on the Ohio State campus is hiring Kitchen Help right now. Starting at $17.00/hour with room to grow, we train new hires and offer a flexible schedule that works with class times. You’ll work on a fast, loud kitchen line, learn all prep and cooking steps, and support teammates during peak periods.

Join a campus-adjacent location with easy access and immediate start for the right person. You must be 18+ and able to stand a full shift.

• Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable in a fast, loud, busy kitchen

• Prep ingredients and stock stations before and during service
• Cook to order on the grill, fryer, and flat top
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to health standards
• Wash dishes, break down stations, and handle closing duties
• Back up your teammates when the rush hits

What you'll do

• Prep ingredients and stock stations before and during service
• Cook to order on the grill, fryer, and flat top
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to health standards
• Wash dishes, break down stations, and handle closing duties
• Back up your teammates when the rush hits
