Job summary

Cafe Zupas is hiring Kitchen Team Members in Minnesota. The role offers a daytime set schedule with no Sundays, and provides a free house-made meal with every shift worked. You’ll have opportunities to grow into leadership positions as the company promotes internal career paths.

Team members prepare fresh produce, cook soups and dressings daily, and maintain a clean, efficient kitchen environment. No grease, grills, fryers or microwaves in our kitchens.

Life as a Kitchen Team Member (soup cook, prep cook, dish, lobby):

Is it a fit? We’re looking for a team member that is:

• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
• Kitchen experience preferred; not required
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• A quick learner in a fast-paced environment
