Job summary

Cafe Zupas is expanding its kitchen team in Minnesota. We offer a daytime set schedule with no Sundays, opportunities for growth into leadership roles, and a free house-made meal with every shift worked. Join a fast-paced, reputable team focused on real, daily-made food and hospitality.

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will prepare produce, cook soups and dressings, maintain a clean kitchen and lobby, and support a friendly, energetic service environment. Training and growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred; not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Customer-service mindset and teamwork encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items.
• Cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily.
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby.
• Manage the advanced dishwasher.

Life as a Kitchen Team Member (soup cook, prep cook, dish, lobby)

Is it a fit? We’re looking for a team member that is:

• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
• Kitchen experience preferred; not required
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• A quick learner in a fast-paced environment
