Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our daytime shifts. You’ll prepare fresh house-made soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts, with a defined career path and clear chances for promotions and raises.

You’ll enjoy a set daytime schedule, Sundays off, a 50% employee meal discount, and hands-on training in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Cafe Zupas has grown to over 85 kitchens across 8 states and continues to expand.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred; not required.
• Be quick and detail oriented when prepping and cooking.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Collaborative team member with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items.
• Cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily.
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby.
• Manage the dishwasher and kitchen sanitation.
• Be kind and supportive to teammates.

Life as a Kitchen Team Member (soup cook, prep cook, dish, lobby):

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items
