Cafe Zupas is hiring Kitchen Team Members for our Minnesota locations. Join a team that prepares house-made soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts daily on-site, with a focus on speed and quality. Enjoy a daytime schedule and a defined career path with growth opportunities.

As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll prep produce, cook soups, manage the dish area, and keep the lobby and kitchen clean in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Training is hands-on and culture is upbeat.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred; not required.
• Able to prep and cook with attention to cleanliness.
• Reliable, quick learner in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items.
• Cook our house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily.
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby.
• Manage the advanced dishwasher.
• Be good to others and be good to yourself.

Life as a Kitchen Team Member (soup cook, prep cook, dish, lobby):

Is it a fit? We’re looking for a team member that is:

• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
• Kitchen experience preferred; not required
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
