Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support daily kitchen operations with fresh, house-made items. You will prep produce, cook soups and dressings, and keep the lobby area clean, while contributing to a positive, fast-paced team environment.

Ideal candidates are available 3–5 shifts weekly, enjoy teamwork, and can learn quickly in a busy setting. Compensation varies with shift schedules, and growth opportunities are offered through defined career paths.

Qualifications

• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week.
• Kitchen experience preferred; not required.
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• A quick learner in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items.
• Cook our house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily.
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby.
• Manage our advanced dishwasher.
• Be good to others. Be good to yourself!
