Thirsty Turtle Seagrill in Delray Beach seeks an expeditor to deliver high-quality, fast-paced service. You will coordinate orders with the kitchen, ensure items leave the expo window as per recipe, and uphold food safety and cleanliness for every guest.

This hourly, non-exempt role rewards teamwork and reliability. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and a Food Handler Certification are required; prior hospitality experience is helpful, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the flow of orders with the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to resolve issues with timing and/or preparation.
• Ensure that orders are brought to the correct table(s).
• Execute quality control on all products leaving the expo window.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Complete any assigned “sidework,” and perform additional related duties as requested.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
