Thirsty Turtle Seagrill is seeking an Expeditor to ensure high-quality, great-tasting food in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will manage order flow, uphold food safety standards, and maintain professional interactions with coworkers and guests.

The position emphasizes teamwork, timely communication, and a positive attitude in a lively dining environment. Prior kitchen exposure and a Food Handler Certification are preferred, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the flow of orders with the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to resolve timing/ prep issues.
• Ensure orders are brought to the correct table(s).
• Execute quality control on all products leaving the expo window.
• Manage ticket times and alert the Manager when times exceed standards.
• Assist with sidework and maintain clean, safe work areas.
