Job summary

Centex Pressure Washing Service in Central Texas is seeking Cleaning Technicians to support our kitchen hood cleaning work. We offer training, night shifts for better work-life balance, and opportunities to grow into sales or management.

Starting pay is competitive without experience, with higher pay ($21-$25) for those with prior KEC Crew experience. We provide weekly pay, PTO, holidays, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Background check clean and no drug use.
• Valid driver's license and SSN required.
• Prompt, safety-conscious, and on-time attendance.
• Able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to fast, efficient work and quality results.
• Ability to work Sunday through Thursday with some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen exhaust systems and remove grease buildup.
• Take before/after photos of each job as required.
• Ensure customer facility is left as clean as when you arrived.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a professional image.
• Keep company vehicle clean inside and out weekly.

Requirements

• Clean background and drug-free.
• Must-Have a valid Driver's License & SS Number.
• Show up on time, comply with safety policy, and stay focused.
• Be comfortable climbing ladders.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Take pride in the results of simple work.
• Hours - Sunday through Thursday, some weekends 2 to 3 jobs per shift.
• Be on time and comply with company policies.
• Learn to be fast and efficient.

The expectation of our team members

• Arrive to work on time and prepared for at least 5 days each week.
• 90% Night Work / 10% Day work (Start times vary).
• Keep it professional and represent our company well during your shift.
• Review job notes before starting your work to make sure you're in the know.
• Take care of our customers' equipment and rooftop to prevent any damage.
• Clean up kitchen exhaust systems to get rid of any pesky grease buildup.
• Snap before and after pictures of each job, as required.
• Leave the customer's facility just as clean as you found it once the job is done.
• Check to make sure their kitchen exhaust system is running smoothly before you leave.
• Keep track of any valuable feedback to share with your supervisor.
• Attend our monthly Safety Meeting.
• Keep your crew vehicle spick-and-span inside and out on a weekly basis.
• Help us maintain a clean workspace.
• Must have Valid Drivers License.
• Must be able to pass a Background Check.
