Job summary

Kitchen Guard of San Antonio is seeking a hands-on technician for an overnight, full-time role in San Antonio, TX. The shift is Sunday through Thursday, 8–10 PM check-in and 4–6 AM check-out, with 40–55 hours per week.

Ideal candidates take pride in delivering high-quality, fire-safe kitchen exhaust cleaning and excellent customer service. You will power wash kitchen exhaust systems, cover hoods, ductwork, filters, and fans, and you will be responsible for efficient setup and takedown of job

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical expertise in industrial kitchen exhaust cleaning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• Power wash kitchen exhaust systems including hoods, ductwork, filters and exhaust fans.
• Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
• Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and manage equipment, reporting any discrepancies.

Kitchen Guard of San Antonio is a locally owned franchise of Kitchen Guard, a leading kitchen exhaust cleaning company dedicated to ensuring the safety and cleanliness of commercial industrial kitchens. Our primary service lines are kitchen exhaust (vent hood) cleaning, filter exchange, repairs, and steam cleaning. Job Overview:

• Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.


• Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.


• Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.


• Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies.

Physical Requirements:

• Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.


• Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs. a minimum of 100 feet.


• Able to stand for 10 hours at a time.


• Have excellent attention to detail and work quickly and efficiently.
