Qualifications / Requirements
- Valid Driver\'s License and at least 3 years of driving history required
- DPS records will be requested upon hire
- Be able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check
- Be reliable; able to show up on time, read and understand safety plans and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work fast and efficiently
- Good communication skills; able to communicate well with customers and provide direction to other team members
- Desire to learn quickly and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a growing company
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Ability to work in confined spaces, rooftops, attics, and tight access areas

- Ability to work in hot, wet, greasy, and physically demanding environments
- Comfortable working overnight and in changing weather conditions
Job Responsibilities
- Perform commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning including pressure washing of hoods, ductwork, filters, exhaust fans, and rooftop containment systems
- Complete full setup and breakdown of job sites including handling ladders, high-pressure hoses, wet/dry vacuums, pumps, sprayers, plastic containment systems, and other cleaning equipment
- Perform repetitive physically demanding labor including scraping grease buildup, overhead cleaning, kneeling, bending, climbing, lifting, pulling hoses, and working in confined or awkward spaces
- Work safely and efficiently on ladders, rooftops, catwalks, and elevated surfaces while operating pressure washing equipment and tools
- Crawl through ductwork access areas, tight kitchen spaces, attics, or confined spaces as required to fully clean exhaust systems
- Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment, hoses, and supplies weighing 50+ pounds regularly throughout shifts
- Maintain balance and control while operating pressure washing equipment on wet, greasy, slippery, or uneven surfaces
- Work in hot, greasy, dirty, fast-paced environments with exposure to strong odors, water, cleaning chemicals, and changing weather conditions
- Complete jobs independently with minimal supervision while maintaining company quality and safety standards
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and follow all safety procedures to protect team members, clients, equipment, and property
- Inspect, clean, maintain, and report mechanical or operational issues with company equipment, tools, vehicles, pumps, pressure washers, and vacuums
- Ensure all work areas are properly cleaned and restored before leaving the job site, including wiping down stainless steel surfaces and removing containment materials
- Work overnight shifts and remain flexible as job completion times may vary depending on system conditions and workload
