Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Reliable and cheerful attitude.
• Customer service oriented.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to lift 10–30 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know the assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned and follow Chick-fil-A rules.
