Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking Back of House Excellence Team Members to join a team focused on quality food, service, and guest satisfaction. You will work directly with an independent Owner/Operator to maintain Chick-fil-A standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Positions are available full-time and part-time across flexible shifts. Responsibilities include food prep, cooking, stocking, and maintaining a clean workspace, while adhering to safety protocols and the Chick-fil-A dress code.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Reliable and cheerful demeanor.
• Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn Chick-fil-A policies and food-safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep area clean and organized.
