Job summary

You'll document work in CMMS, read blueprints, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with local codes. Strong teamwork, driving duties, and ability to mentor junior techs are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years commercial kitchen equipment experience preferred.
• Must be able to read blueprints, as-built drawings, and equipment schematics.
• Certifications may be required.
• Requires a self-motivated, team player who can multitask and prioritize with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment per CMMS work orders.
• Completes documentation of work performed per CMMS data collection.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, pumps, belts, and fans.
• Inspects work for compliance with local codes and safety procedures.
• Travels with a company vehicle or drives for company business as needed.
• Mentors and guides other technicians; supports safety and training.
