Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a Kitchen Equipment Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment, leveraging CMMS for work orders and documentation. You will ensure compliance with safety standards and contribute to project efficiency by understanding facility layouts and environmental controls.

The role requires reading blueprints, strong communication, and the ability to train others. A valid driver’s license and CDL are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years commercial kitchen equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, as-built drawings, and equipment schematics.
• Must be self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment per CMMS work orders.
• Install, repair, and maintain motors, pumps, belts, and fans.
• Document all work in CMMS and ensure safety compliance with procedures.
• Inspect work for code conformance and supervise subcontractors as needed.
• Train other technicians and provide mentorship and direction.
• Enter work orders into CMMS per company policy.
