The Madison Concourse Hotel in Madison, WI is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will operate the commercial dishwasher and keep dishes, utensils, and equipment clean while helping maintain a safe, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate the commercial dishwasher and wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans and other kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, floors and work areas.
• Organize and stock clean dishes and kitchen supplies.
• Take out garbage, break down boxes and remove debris.
• Keep the dish area and surrounding spaces clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Communicate with teammates and help out where needed.
