Job summary

The Madison Concourse Hotel in Madison, WI is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join our busy kitchen team. You'll operate the commercial dishwasher, wash dishes and utensils, and help keep the kitchen tidy while following food safety procedures.

Evening shifts with availability on weekends and holidays are required. You'll be part of a collaborative team, earn $18 per hour, and enjoy benefits like paid time off, employee meals, and access to our company discounts and parking options.

Responsibilities

• Operate the commercial dishwasher and wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, and work areas.

• Take out garbage, break down boxes and remove debris.
• Keep the dish area and surrounding spaces clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Communicate with teammates and assist where needed.
