Job summary

Milwaukee Rep is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to work with the Kitchen Manager to wash and sanitize dishes, maintain a clean kitchen, and ensure equipment is kept in good working order according to health codes.

You will clean dishes and utensils, sweep and mop floors, manage trash, and perform general cleaning tasks while contributing to a cooperative team environment; must be able to work nights and weekends and demonstrate a commitment to the theater’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, kitchenware, glasses, flatware, pots and pans, utensils, etc.
• Ensure kitchen is swept, mopped and trash/recycling is emptied each night
• Adheres to food safety and sanitation standards
• Must be able to work positively with all staff members, independently and as part of a team
• Uphold the standards of the organization at all times
• Ensure that your station is kept clean, organized and closed properly at end of shift
• General cleaning and maintenance of work areas, complete all assigned daily tasks.
• Other duties as assigned
