Job summary

The Golden Hog in Key Biscayne, FL is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations by keeping dishes, cookware, utensils, and work areas clean and sanitized. You will operate commercial dishwashing equipment, wash pots and pans, organize items, remove trash, and assist with general kitchen sanitation to keep the operation safe and efficient.

Candidate should be able to work rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work full-time rotating shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays).
• Previous dishwasher or similar food-service experience preferred.
• Ability to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and equipment efficiently.
• Willingness to operate commercial dishwashing equipment and follow procedures.
• Stand and remain active for extended periods; keep area clean and organized.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and sanitized dishes, cookware, utensils, equipment, and work areas.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and wash pots and pans.
• Organize and return clean items to proper storage.
• Remove trash and assist with general kitchen cleaning and sanitation.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other kitchen support tasks.
