The Dishwasher ensures that all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, supporting cooks and kitchen staff during service.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Assist with trash removal and recycling.
• Support basic kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, mats, and storage areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Help organize clean dishes and return them to proper storage locations.
• Support kitchen staff during peak service periods as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• No prior experience required (experience in a kitchen environment is a plus)

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
