Chick-fil-A Raytown is seeking a Kitchen Director to lead daily back-of-house operations, uphold food safety, inventory management, and team development in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.

As a member of the senior leadership team, you’ll set the tone for the shift, model the Winning Hearts Every Day culture, ensure brand standards, and coach colleagues to deliver outstanding hospitality and operational excellence.
