Chick-fil-A Ruby & Sinto is seeking a Kitchen Director to lead our Back of House operations from day one, developing leaders and ensuring safe, high-quality food with excellence. You will shape a culture of humility, ownership and service while managing food safety plans and performance.

As a full-time leader in Spokane, you will partner with the Owner/Operator and restaurant leadership to build systems, train Team Leaders, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead back-of-house teams and develop leaders.
• Strong commitment to food safety, quality, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead Back of House operations with focus on safety, quality, cost and excellence.
• Develop Kitchen Leaders to run shifts and build talent.
• Build systems to ensure consistency across shifts and dayparts.
