Job summary

Chick-fil-A Woodburn is seeking a Back of House / Kitchen Director to lead the BOH team, partner with the Owner Operator, and ensure high-quality food and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee scheduling for 25+ staff, inventory, hiring and development, and lead monthly BOH leadership meetings while maintaining a positive, people-focused culture in Woodburn, Oregon.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of executive leadership experience in food service.
• Chick-fil-A experience is highly desirable.
• Full availability, Mon–Sat (open to close).
• Ability to communicate kitchen goals and success factors.
• Passionate about food safety.
• Mentor younger team members and promote development.
• Detailed, organized and process-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead with local Owner Operator to deliver high quality food.
• Schedule 25+ BOH team members weekly.
• Supervise ordering and inventory.
• Assist in hiring and development of BOH staff.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and cleaning are completed.
• Maintain food safety and quality.
• Lead monthly BOH leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with other department leaders in weekly meetings.
