Kitchen Tune-Up Buffalo NY is seeking a passionate Kitchen Remodeling Sales professional to guide homeowners through remodeling options and close deals. You will conduct in-home and showroom consultations, present cabinet solutions, and build a robust pipeline of leads through referrals and networking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and showroom sales consultations with prospective kitchen remodeling clients
• Present and recommend kitchen remodeling solutions including cabinet refacing, redooring, and custom cabinetry
• Develop and nurture a pipeline of leads through referrals, follow-ups, and community networking
• Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts for clients
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, trends, and competitor services in the kitchen remodeling industry

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or a related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Designs to show prospective buyers what their remodel will look and feel like
• Ability to read and interpret basic design plans or project specifications is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home consultations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or design is a bonus

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
