Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. is seeking a Design/Engineering Analyst to support food service equipment integration, operational modeling, and kitchen innovation across our corporate brands.

You will work with a lead Manager to detail, model, and validate enterprise initiatives, focusing on space planning and CAD drafting for brand-specific layouts. The role emphasizes 2D CAD (AutoCAD) and 3D modeling (Revit), with a strong eye for details, collaboration, and learning across multiple restaurant concepts.

Qualifications

• Develop the ability to read, understand, and model restaurant plans and kitchen adaptations.
• Proficient graphic illustration and detailed communication.
• 2D CAD modeling (AutoCAD); 3D modeling (Revit) preferred.
• Know software for communication, organization and project management.
• Learn space planning, restaurant design, kitchen equipment and operations.
• Willing to learn industry regulations and standards.
• Willing to learn data analytics and validation methods.
• Collaborate effectively with supervision in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of new concepts and operational layouts.
• Executes detailed drawings for review prior to manufacture.
• Reviews drawings from 3rd party manufacturers for standards compliance.
• Builds component blocks (2D and 3D as needed).
• Learns brand-specific nuances and requirements.
• Supports planning and execution of operational mock-ups through design and fabrication.
• Contributes to throughput studies and simulations for builds.
• Learns and applies operational standards for each brand.
• Communicates design standards to internal and external partners in written/graphic form.
• Aids in coordinating standards across brands.
