Inspire seeks an Analyst to support strategic efforts around food service equipment integration and kitchen innovation across its brands. You will work with a lead Manager to detail, model, and evaluate layouts and capacity, learning brand-specific standards.

Qualifications include an Associate degree in drafting (or higher preferred) and 0–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and space planning is expected; Revit knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in drafting is required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or design field is preferred.
• Experience with CAD tools and kitchen/restaurant layouts is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and draft operational layouts for concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings for manufacture.
• Review third-party drawings for standards compliance.
• Create 2D/3D blocks and model components.
• Collaborate with brand and operations on non-standard kitchen apps.
• Document design standards and communicate with partners.
• Support prototyping, throughput studies, and simulations.
