Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service.

• Move equipment to detail and clean underneath.
• Removes filters from vent hoods and washes them.
• Cleans, sanitizes and polishes food contact surfaces.
• Cleans floors and refrigeration units.
• Operate the dishwasher and check items for cleanliness.
• Proactively maintain all dishwashing and cleaning equipment.
• Clean the garbage area and sort/remove trash.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
