Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service, LLC is seeking a Kitchen Utilities person to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area and support the culinary team. You will wash dishes, stock supplies, and help with basic food preparation as directed by the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

The role requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and follow sanitation practices. Training on food safety will be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Experience operating a commercial dishwasher preferred.
• Must have or obtain a food safety handler certification within 30 days (state/local).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Wash utensils, equipment and dishes using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Stock supplies in serving stations and storage areas.
• Sweep and wash floors.
• Sort and dispose trash in designated areas.
• Assist with food prep duties as directed by Head/Sous Chef.
• Assist in unloading deliveries.
• Maintain a positive attitude with coworkers and customers.
• Communicate regularly with management via calls, emails, and texts.
