Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members. As a Kitchen Crew, you will play a vital role in our operations Department, ensuring the smooth operation of the back of the house and delivering high-quality food to our customers.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by health authorities.
• Basic math skills and basic English communication required.
• Excellent customer service skills expected.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Support kitchen crew training guidelines.
• Prepare food, stock inventory, ensure quality and portion control.
• Cook and serve food accurately and timely to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
