Responsibilities

• Follow prep standards for vegetables, meats, and cheeses per daily PAR sheets.
• Prepare salad mixes, soups, and breads according to recipe standards.
• Slice buns with gloves and maintain clean prep stations at all times.
• Prepare orders by following customer tickets and ensuring accuracy and pace.
• Monitor and maintain safety and sanitation throughout shifts.
