Job summary

Opaa! Food Management is seeking teammates to prepare breakfast/lunch items and assist with serving lines in a high-volume school cafeteria environment. You will participate in occasional catering and perform multiple kitchen roles while maintaining safety and presentation standards.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, line setup, temperature control, inventory, and sanitation. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with ability to follow recipes and HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or related experience/training.
• Ability to read and follow a menu plan and recipes.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast and/or lunch and assist with serving lines.
• Assist with catering functions as needed.
• Perform multiple kitchen roles and maintain food safety and presentation.
• Set up serving lines and ensure proper food temperatures.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
