Job summary

Xanterra Travel Collection at the Grand Canyon Railway & Hotel is seeking entry-level kitchen staff for expeditor, dishwasher, and cook IV roles. You’ll support daily back-of-house operations, remove leftovers, stock, and maintain clean buffets while meeting setup and breakdown deadlines.

Ideal candidates are 16+, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and eager to learn in a supportive team. Seasonal position with defined end date, offering wage details per hour and shift options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn and perform entry-level duties.

Responsibilities

• Expeditor duties: remove leftover food from dishes and prep for dishwasher.
• Dishwasher duties: sanitize utensils and dishware, maintain clean stations.
• Cook IV duties: set up buffets to standards, monitor cleanliness and safety.
