Job summary

Wild Wing Cafe is hiring for Back of House Staff to work in our kitchen as Cooks, Food Prep, or Dishwashers. We are seeking adaptable, hard-working individuals to assist in various kitchen tasks to deliver outstanding service and food safety for a great guest dining experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining a positive attitude, preparing and cooking meals, ensuring timely food prep, keeping areas clean and adhering to food safety standards, using the POS system, and working under pressure

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in the food industry preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, menu planning, and food handling procedures.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate great interpersonal skills.
• Prepare and cook meals following recipes accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely food preparation and assist with menu planning.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and adhere to food safety standards.
• Use the POS system effectively and perform various side work tasks.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
