A popular pizza restaurant in Moore, Oklahoma is seeking a Kitchen Crew member to provide exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities include preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and following service standards. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and hold a Food Handler license. The role requires teamwork and adherence to food safety practices. Shifts may vary including days, holidays, and double shifts.

Formación

PURPOSE

The primary commitment of the Kitchen Crew is to provide an EXCEPTIONAL food to ensure an EXCEPTIONAL dining experience for our Guests. This experience will leave the guests craving to return soon and share their excitement (food shots and selfies are preferred). Achieving this means you must embrace the Hideaway Way, excel in the Hideaway Service Standards, have superior product knowledge and skills, and present yourself in a professional yet fun way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Embrace and Internalize THE WAY.
• Fanatic execution of the Hideaway Service Standards and Steps of Service.
• Robust understanding and production of all food items; prep and production.
• Intense application of food safety practices.
• Consistently work as a team to achieve a productive and smooth shift with excellent communication.
• Obsessively maintain a clean and safe environment for the Guest and Team Members.
• Vigorously protect the financial interests of you and Hideaway Pizza.
• Always create a FUN environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 16 years or older in selected markets based on criteria (state and county specific).
• Have and maintain required licenses: Food Handler (state and county specific).
• Work a varied schedule, including shifts, days, holidays, doubles, positions, and events.
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and job-specific training guides.
• Meet physical requirements as dictated by the job, standing (10 hours), walking, lifting (40 pounds), stooping, carrying (25 pounds), and wiping.
