AC&T Co. Inc. is seeking a Kitchen team member to promptly serve customers, prepare delicious items, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. The role focuses on high quality food preparation, safety, and friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cooking on stoves and ovens, baking cakes, salads and catering items, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, understand and write English.
• Experience as Kitchen/Cook is preferred (1 year).
• Be at least eighteen years of age or have a work permit.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper customer relations and service.
• Work the stove, oven and steamer and handle ingredients safely.
• Prepare salads, bake cakes and manage cold units and catering orders.
• Keep the kitchen clean and in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Adhere to company policies and state food service rules.
• Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen duties.
