Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers.
• Follow recipe specifications and portion food products according to company standards.
• Maintain quality, cleanliness, organization, safety and food sanitation standards.
• Fills and re-stocks front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks.
• Ensure all prepared food items are weighed, labeled, dated, packaged and rotated according to company standards.
• Takes food orders in person and by telephone.
• All other duties as assigned.
